Halal Friendly Vietnam

There are very few countries that shed a tear of nostalgia, an emphasis of pride and a reminder that time changes many things. Not so long ago, this narrow country was at the epicentre of historic changing events, and today, it’s able show off its natural beauty, peppered history and stunning retreats.

I really wanted to try a bowl of authentic halal steamy Vietnamese Pho for so long, and believe me, once I found it in a modest café in Saigon, it was worth the wait.

Vietnam is centred around the two main cities, Ho Chi Minh in the south and Hanoi in the north. There are pockets of Muslims in both cities, however to find those authentic halal eats, you need a bit of local knowledge which is where we come in. We recommend you dedicate as much time as you can to this proud country, as each part of your journey will give you something different in return. Ho Chi Minh is the bustling city on the banks of the Mekong, and ideal for spending a few nights as you arrive into Vietnam. There is plenty of luxury on offer here too, and heading to Con Dao and the secluded Six Senses resort is your perfect retreat to while away the days in your private abode.

Taking the short flight to the north, Hanoi is the gateway to one of the most impressive natural bays in the world; Halong Bay. Board the Au Co, a luxury cruise through the Gulf of Tonkin covering, Bai Tu Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay & Cat Ba Island. Choose one of the thirty-two spacious private cabins, and take in the view from your own panoramic balcony.
